Context :
The conversation is Indra, Tina and Naning. At the morning without intentional Indra meet Tina and Naning at street, they are from Solo Square. Indra asking who is Naning’s friend and introduce with tina then tina asking to Indra where he will go. Indra will go to Parangtritis beach in Jogja, then Tina and Naning follow him. Indra wait them during 30 minutes, he feel bored and Indra’s friend in Jogjakarta called him because he have been waited Indra. They go to Parangtritis beach by motorcycle.

ANALYSIS
From the conversation above Indra is a type of active person or talkactive because he was asked to Naning and Tina. Indra use short hesitation ( as in5 )  in speech when he asking to Naning.  In other speech ( as in14 ) there are lengthening when he asking to Tina, it show he asking with slow tone in the behind of speech and also there are pause 0.2 second ( as in 18 ) when Indra talking with Tina their conversation pauses during 0.2 before they continue their conversation.
Naning is a type active person. At the first Naning speech ( as in 2 ) there are lengthening when she talk Indra with length tone. In other speech (as in 6 ) there are pause in 0.2 second when she answer question from Indra and when she leave Indra. Overlapping occurs when Naning and Tina or and Indra talking at the same time. In conversation ( as in 35 ) there are sort hesitation when Naning asking forgive to Indra when she is late meet Indra.
Tina is a type passive person and she seems shy when speech. In conversation there are short hesitation ( as in 21 ) and pause 0.2 second ( as in 21 ) when Tina speech and also there are overlapping when Naning and Tina or and Indra talking at the same time.
Tina and Naning wants follow Indra because they attracted when Indra will go to Parangtritis beach. Indra feel bored when he wait Naning and Tina and then Indra friend’s call her because he has been waiting Indra in Jogjakarta. There are short hesitation ( as in 33 ) when Indra answered call from her friend, it shows he wants tell something and there are ring bell ( as in33&39 ) it is the sounds of hand phone when Indra get called from her friend and sound of motorcycle when they go to Jogjakarta.

Summary by Fitri Nurwiyanti

An article in Campus magazine entitled “Publics Participation For Education” by Miftakhul Khoiri presents the first school Taman Siswa built by Ki Hajar Dewantara. Education paradigm is growing in Indonesia to fulfill the sprit of education these days. Citizen should get competent education. Education is respondbility by government and the side of private sector individual and group. Because of limited cost, the government opens the opportunity for public to participate and develop business education such us; building opening schools, course, or skill education with facilities more complete and better than government schools. Supported by complete and good facilities make this school rather expensive because it also promises the good management on its education.
Indonesia has pesantren as education system ( Islamic boarding house models). It is classified in two models: first, Traditional, it does not collect the payment from the students and students can stay and study freely. They study about Islamic science for the sake of individual and public. The traditional pesantren still be one choice by our society under class social. Second, modern pesantren collects the payment of the students because it gives more ability and knowledge for students. They do not only study about Islam but also other sciences like Biology, Mathematic, Economics, Physics, Language, and Art. They are prep to face the era that always changes.
Without already realized the friction that could be happened from motivation of organizer and management of existing education. To get the good education with their equipment of facility they perform forced the citizen get dealing with power of bargain and faces the reality of expensive school and that also is for rich man children. Poor people who have not the purchasing power to bargain they will lose their formal education. Government sector individual and private sector individually and group have big homework to repair their education inspect that aims on making organization of education.
I agree with the writer who says that about publics participation for education is importance. He says that education not only managed by government, but also the society has contribution to build education together, about how they create good education, both the facilities, system, and soon. The government should think that all the society level can enjoy education reasonably. Moreover, to get good education with equipment of facility they perform to force the citizen get the power of bargain and faces the reality of expensive school and that also is for rich man children. I think that the middle society should optimalize brilliant brain to be able to complete with others. The writer says that the poor people who have not purchasing power to bargain they will lose their formal education. I think that statement is true. The government and the private school should really provide scholarship for the students who have competence to enjoy education
